After filling out the request form, you will receive a text message and an email, notifying you when your order is ready for pick-up. Please be sure to check your spam folder for the email notification.

-You will have 48 hours to pick up your order from the time that you receive the notification.
​-The lockers are available for order pick-up 24/7.
​ -The lockers are located at the southwest corner of the building at NNEMAP Food Pantry (closest to Oxford St).

PLEASE NOTE it may take several days after submitting a request for your order to be ready for pick-up, due to the volume of requests we receive.
